Bangor Academy Art and Technology students welcomed friends and relatives to view the culmination of GCSE, AS and A2 Level work. One student in particular had much cause to celebrate.
Lee-Anne McAleese (Year 13) has been awarded the Thomas Devlin Bursary. In August she will head to the Burren College of Art in Galway, Co. Clare to enjoy a five day residential course. A fabulous opportunity to broaden her artisitc horizons!
If you missed the exhibition you can still view some work on display in the foyer and seven pieces have been selected for the Next Generation Student Exhibition at Ards Art Centre in Newtownards Town Hall from the 2nd July 2015.
